Buzzy & Lydia

Buzzy spent the holidays at Lydia's house.  He had a wonderful time and did lots of amazing things.  It sounds like he enjoyed hunting for Easter eggs, going to ballet class, dining at cafes, and even learning how to fence!

Term 2 Newsletter

Welcome to Term 2

We have had a great start to Term 2.  The children are happy to be back and they have been working hard already!

Our Super Assembly

Mrs McCulley was extremely proud of all the children in Room 4 when they performed on stage as 'Class of the Week' for assembly.  Here are some of the highlights so you can relive the fun times...

Holiday Reading Challenge

On the last day of term, the children were sent home with a pack of books and a 'Holiday Reading Challenge'.  Hopefully everyone in Room 4 has been busy reading over the holidays!  I wonder how many books we can read?

Buzzy & Malia

Buzzy had a wonderful time with Malia.  He was busy riding bikes, listening to stories and playing.  What fun!

Congratulations Abbie & Amna

Congratulations to Abbie and Amna who were chosen to be part of the George Street Normal Junior Jump Jam Team.  The girls will be busy practising for the next six weeks and will compete in a Jump Jam competition later in the year.

Japanese Drummer

On Friday we were entertained by a very talented Japanese drummer.  It was very loud but also amazing!

Our Strengths

This term we have been discovery our strengths.  We have been talking about things that excite us, things we enjoy and things that we excel at.  The children in Room 4 have so many interesting strengths.  Come and look at our strengths display in the hallway to find out more!

Preparing for Our Assembly

We have begun preparing to be 'Class of the Week' at assembly.  We will be on stage on the last day of term - Friday 12th of April.  We will be sharing our highlights of Term 1 and would love for you to come along and see us perform.
